2. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

• Custom or personalized orders may require additional      processing time.

3. Processing & Shipping

• Standard processing time is 5-7 days unless otherwise noted.
• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier      delays.
• Amber’s Faith Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen,      or delayed packages once they have been handed to the carrier.
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping      address at checkout.

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong product was sent

If an issue occurs, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.

5. Custom Orders

• Custom orders may require additional details, designs, or      approvals.
• We reserve the right to decline custom work that conflicts      with our values or brand identity.
• No cancellations or refunds are accepted once a custom order      has begun production.

6. Product Safety & Allergies

• All ingredients used are listed to the best of our knowledge.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before      purchase.
• Amber’s Faith Creations is not responsible for allergic      reactions or misuse of products.
• For candles and skin products, follow usage instructions      carefully.

All photos, product descriptions, designs, brand names, and creative content associated with Amber’s Faith Creations are the property of the business and may not be copied, resold, or used without written permission.
